1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Prop up back wheels antiretractable boots and cock the parking brake. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
3. Remove protection of a case.
4. Merge motive oil and remove an oil filter (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
5. Otboltite section of reception pipes from final collectors (see the Section Removal and installation of final collectors) and a flange of the catalytic converter (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). Remove section of reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
6. Give fixing bolts / nuts and lower the pallet. For an otdavaniye of bolts from the party of the pallet turned to a gas-distributing belt use a key with the flexible drive on 1/4 inches with a ratchet and a collar. The "stuck" pallet can be separated from the block by a poddevaniye by the screw-driver with a stupid sting entered between ledges to flow.

Do not enter a screw-driver between the interfaced surfaces of the pallet and block at all!

1. Accurately scratch out all traces of sealant and material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the pallet and block. Carefully wipe the interfaced surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Clean and dry carving openings in the block.
3. Check a condition of assembly of a maslozabornik and passability of its mesh filter (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of the oil pump).
4. Lay new sealing laying on the interfaced pallet surface.
5. Accurately press the pallet to the block and screw fixture. In three stages tighten fixture with the demanded effort. Begin a fixture tightening in the direction from the center to edges of the pallet, serially passing on the one hand to another. Remember that pulling of fixture is fraught with development of leaks.
6. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to fill in new oil and to change an oil filter (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).

If replacement of the oil pump was made, start filling in oil only 20 minutes later after assembly, having allowed to stiffen sealant.

7. Fill in engine oil (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance), start the engine and check the pallet for existence of leaks.
