1. Accurately directing, lay carefully wiped and greased balancing shaft in the engine block. Try not to damage bearing surfaces.
2. Having established a forward balancing shaft and priboltiv his holder, install into place the oil pump.
3. Establish a cogwheel of a forward balancing shaft and, having blocked a back shaft a bolt or a screw-driver (see the Section Removal and check of a condition of balancing shaft (4-cylinder engines)), put and priboltit the conducted gear wheel of a back shaft.

4. Grease persistent surfaces of the leader and the pure molibdensoderzhashchy greasing conducted gear wheels. Achieve combination of a flute on a back flange of a cogwheel with the index on a gear wheel casing, then put a casing on the block, entering thus gear wheels into gearing, - the cogwheel can be developed slightly clockwise. |

5. After the casing of a gear wheel is established, check that the tag on a cogwheel was combined with the index on a cover of the oil pump. If this condition is satisfied, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the demanded effort. |
