By each pressing the button there is a switching of the modes in a certain sequence that is displayed by highlighting of the corresponding pictograms on the panel display management. Control
In any of three ranges the radio receiver allows to make control in four ways: manually (TUNE), semi-automatic (SEEK), automatically by scanning of range and control (SCAN) or automatic control for previously chosen radio stations which frequencies are brought in memory of the radio receiver.
Manual control (funktsiyatune) is made by means of the TUNE key. Press the right or left part of the TUNE key respectively to change the frequency of setup of the radio receiver towards reduction or increase respectively. To switch off the RDS function of the radio receiver, press and hold pressed the TPA/RDS button not less than two seconds. Thus "RDS" indicator on the display of the control panel will go out.
TR indicator. At setup of the radio receiver for RDS station which works in the mode of transfer of road messages, on the display the TR indicator automatically turns on. TRA function. To find RDS station which works in the mode of transfer of road messages, shortly (no more than two seconds) press the TPA/RDS button. If the radio receiver is already adjusted on the station working in the mode of transfer of road messages (on the display "TR" indicator burns), it will continue to work as before. PTY function. At short (less than two seconds) pressing the button "PTY" joins the PTY function. This function allows to learn type or a genre of the program which is broadcast by radio station. Broadcast of discussions of any scientific problem is followed by highlighting of the SCIENCE indicator, etc. If the RDS radio station does not transfer data on a genre of the broadcast program, on the display there is a NONE indicator.
In that case when the radio receiver is adjusted not on RDS station, on the display the NO RDS indicator lights up. Thus the PTY function is automatically switched off and the display reverts to the original state (in the absence of other teams).
At the included PTY function you can use keys "TUNE" or "SEEK" quickly to find radio station which transfers the program of a genre necessary to you. When pressing the TUNE or SEEK keys on the display the messages designating various genres of broadcasts, for example, "NEWS" (News), "AFFAIRS" (Business), "INFO" (Information), "SPORT" (Sport), etc. will be highlighted. As soon as on the display there is a designation of a genre necessary to you, quickly (is more short than two seconds) press the button of" PTY". If at present transmission of the chosen genre is not broadcast by any station, on the display the message "NO PTY" is displayed. The mode of automatic search of radio stations in the set genre of the broadcast program is switched off also in case after a choice of the necessary genre of transfer (by means of the TUNE handle or the SEEK buttons) within five seconds any button was not pressed.
Indicator of prime reception of news. When keeping of the PTY button pressed within more than two seconds the mode of prime reception of news joins. Thus on the display there will be a message of "NEWS" (News). In this mode the radio receiver will accept first of all headline news from all radio stations, regardless of the program chosen earlier (only transfers of road messages of TR do not interrupt).
EON indicator. If transfer of headline news is carried out by radio station, other than that on which your radio receiver was adjusted, on the display the message of EON is highlighted.

Security system of the autoradio tape recorder
