Honda Accord

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel, a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props.
2. Give wheel nuts and take off a decorative cap from a disk, remove a wheel.
3. By a drift to a raschekanta a washer of a stupichny nut, then establish into place a wheel without cap and lower the car on the earth.

4. By means of a face key with a long collar weaken a stupichny nut.

5. Weaken wheel nuts, a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel and give a stupichny nut.
6. Release a flexible brake hose from an arm on assembly of a rotary fist. Otboltite a support of the brake mechanism also tie up it a wire to a screw spring. Remove also anchor bracket of a support and a brake disk (see the Head Brake system).
7. Turn out two fixing screws and remove a brake disk from stupichny assembly (see the Head Brake system).
8. Remove the wheel ABS sensor (see the Head Brake system).
9. Disconnect from a rotary fist a tip of steering draft (see the Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts).
10. Separate the lower lever of a suspension bracket from a spherical support in the lower part of a rotary fist (see the Section Removal and installation of the lower control lever of a forward suspension bracket).
11. Separate the top end of a fist from a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket (see the Section Removal and installation of the top control lever of a forward suspension bracket).

12. Accurately delay assembly of a fist with a nave outside, having removed it from a pin of a power shaft. In case of need knock on a pin end face with a hammer with soft brisk for the purpose of release of the CV JOINT from a nave. Tie up assembly of a power shaft a wire in order to avoid damage of the internal CV JOINT.

13. If there is a need for replacement of the stupichny bearing, deliver assembly of a rotary fist in a workshop of car service.

1. If made assembly dismantle, establish a nave on a rotary fist (work has to be performed in the conditions of a workshop of car service).
2. Slightly grease with special greasing of a vent of an external pin of a power shaft. Pass a pin through an opening in a nave, at the same time filling a rotary fist on a regular place.
3. Connect the top part of a fist to a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket (see the Section Removal and installation of the top control lever of a forward suspension bracket). Tighten a nut of a spherical finger with the demanded effort and record it the new forelock.

Tighten a nut with the minimum admissible effort, then, hold on it before combination of openings under landing of the forelock.

4. Connect a spherical support in the lower part of a fist to the lower lever of a suspension bracket (see the Section Removal and installation of the lower control lever of a forward suspension bracket). Tighten a koronchaty nut with the demanded effort and record it the new forelock (see the Remark in the previous paragraph).
5. Establish to the place of a brake disk, having strongly tightened fixing screws.
6. Establish an anchor bracket and a support, having tightened fixture of components with the demanded effort (see the Head Brake system). Fix a flexible brake hose in a basic arm on assembly of a rotary fist. Strongly tighten fixing bolts.
7. Screw a stupichny nut on a pin of a power shaft and strongly tighten it.
8. Establish a wheel (if it is necessary - a disk cap), lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with the demanded effort (see Specifications to the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
9. Tighten a stupichny nut with the demanded effort (see Specifications to the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts).
