System of correction of a suspension bracket of the power unit - the general information and check of serviceability of functioning

General information

All models equipped with AT are equipped with system of electronic control by adjustment of parameters of a back support of the power unit. Under control parameter is the level of vibrations of the unit at single turns of the engine. In assembly of a support there are two chambers filled with working liquid. When the engine works at single turns the module of management of functioning of the power unit (RSM), develops command for inclusion of the motive compartment of the electromagnetic valve operating giving of depression from the inlet pipeline in a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit established on a back partition. Change of depth of the depression given to assembly leads to redistribution of working liquid between internal chambers of a support that allows in an essential measure to lower the level of the vibrations transferred from the engine to a car body. At rise in frequency of rotation of the engine over 1000 rpm giving of depression is blocked and the support passes into the passive mode of functioning, working as a usual depreciation pillow.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At increase of level of vibrations with transition to single turns check the managements of functioning of a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit connected to the electromagnetic valve vacuum hoses for existence of signs of leaks and mechanical damages.
2. At the heated-up engine (less than 800 rpm) working at single turns ask the assistant to include transfer (the parking brake is cocked, foot - it is squeezed out). At this time several times include - disconnect giving of food on the electromagnetic valve (by an electrical wiring socket detachment connection). If the valve functions regularly, has to have noticeable change of level of vibrations.

3. Transfer transmission to situation "P" or "N", disconnect an electrical wiring and make sure available battery tension on the plug of a black-yellow wire. If tension is absent, check a condition of a chain on a site from the socket to a safety lock No. 6 in the assembly block located at the left under the dashboard (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

4. Lift the frequency of rotation of the engine to value of 1000 rpm, - tension has to disappear from the plug of a black-yellow wire in the valve socket, otherwise check the electrical wiring going to RSM for existence of signs of short circuit.
5. Measure tension between plugs of two wires of the socket. Battery tension has to take place, otherwise check a condition of a chain on a site between the socket and RSM.
6. Disconnect the top vacuum hose from the electromagnetic valve and give on it depression of 228 mm of mercury in depth. from the manual vacuum pump. Depression has to keep within not less than 20 seconds, otherwise it is necessary to replace a hose, or actually assembly of a support.
7. Without suppressing the engine, several times create and dump depression, - noticeable change of intensity of vibrations has to take place.
8. Disconnect the lower vacuum hose from the electromagnetic valve and make sure available on it depression of the inlet pipeline. If depression is absent, check a condition of a hose. In the presence of depression, but lack of the demanded reaction to its giving (see paragraph 7), replace the valve.
