1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Disconnect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. If the fixture of a pipe does not give in to an otdavaniye, previously moisten it with the getting structure.

3. Remove the thermofilter from a final collector. It is also expedient to impregnate fixture with previously getting structure.

4. Give fixing nuts and separate a final collector from a head of cylinders.

Do not forget to give bolts of the lower assembly bracket located near a fixing flange of a collector.

1. Will throw out old laying, then scratch out its fragments from the interfaced surfaces of a final collector and a head of cylinders. Wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Having replaced laying, establish a collector on the regular place and fix it nuts. Moving in the direction from the center outside, in diagonal tighten fixture with the demanded effort (see Specifications).
3. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.
4. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of the fulfilled gases through joints of a final collector with a head of cylinders and a reception pipe of system of release.
