1. Take off driving belts (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance). 2. Take off a gas-distributing belt and a belt of the drive of balancing shaft (see the Sections Removal, check of a state and installation of assembly of yokes and Removal, check of a state and installation of camshafts). 3. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of assembly of yokes). 4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft / VMT (CKP/BMT sensor) (the socket of the main braid of an electrical wiring). Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the sensor from the case of the oil pump.

6. Having accurately hooked the special tool or a big screw-driver, take an old epiploon from the landing nest in a casing of the oil pump. Try not to leave scratches and zadir on a surface of a pin of a shaft or a pump housing, - existence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon. 7. Clear internal surfaces of a nest under landing of an epiploon. Grease the outer edge of a new epiploon with pure motive oil, or universal greasing. Having used a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter as a mandrel, put a new epiploon in the nest (the mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of a face surface of an epiploon). Having put an epiploon, make sure that the rasporny spring did not jump out of the flute. 8. Put a concave washer on a pin of a cranked shaft, then establish a cogwheel. 9. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. 10. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of oil. |
